In 2024, Kibing Glass expanded its operations in Malaysia, requiring advanced glass production equipment to support both float glass and solar glass manufacturing. The project aimed to upgrade local production capacity while aligning with global trends of intelligent and low-carbon manufacturing.
We dispatched a dedicated project team to Malaysia, providing installation and commissioning of the DCS control system, utility control systems, annealing lehr, and related equipment. Key technologies such as the independently developed annealing lehr and intelligent edge-forming machines were exported in batches, representing a shift from component-level supply to full production line delivery.
The successful ignition of the line marked a milestone for the project. By deploying complete sets of high-end glass equipment, BBKS enabled Kibing Glass to accelerate industrial upgrading in Malaysia. The project contributed to the localization of advanced float and solar glass production while promoting the transition of the regional glass industry toward intelligent and low-carbon development.
