BBKS, founded in 2004 in Bengbu, is a technology-driven enterprise specializing in the R&D, design, manufacturing, and engineering services of complete glass production lines and equipment. We deliver complete intelligent manufacturing solutions for solar glass, float glass, and deep processing lines, supported by extensive production capacity and advanced integration expertise. The company operates 11 modern workshops across a 100,000 m² facility, with an annual capacity of 40 complete production lines. Its advanced production environment includes specialized workshops for intelligent cold end systems, annealing lehrs, precision machining, automation control, and robotic equipment. Backed by more than 244 sets of R&D, testing, and manufacturing equipment, we provide global customers with high-quality glass production systems as well as standalone machines, enabling manufacturers to achieve efficient and intelligent operations while supporting a wide range of deep processing applications.

Many of our complete equipment technologies have reached world-class standards, and the company holds over 75% of China’s market share in high-end glass equipment manufacturing. Over the past three years, we have added more than ten advanced large-scale machines, including CNC laser cutting machines, CNC gantry milling machines, and paint mist treatment systems, all of which are among the most advanced in China. Additionally, we have also co-developed an intelligent 5G workshop with third-party partners, positioning its smart factory capability at the international forefront of the industry.

They have been recognized by globally renowned enterprises such as Guardian (USA), KCC (South Korea), GP (India), Xinyi Glass, CSG Holding, Kibing Group, Flat Glass Group, and Taiwan Glass. Our international footprint spans more than 20 countries and regions, with successful projects delivered in Russia, India, South Korea, Malaysia, Turkey, Iran, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Bangladesh, Tanzania, Pakistan, and beyond.

BBKS is the only supplier worldwide capable of delivering complete sets of equipment for glass production lines, covering both hot end and cold end processes. It also introduced ultra-thin solar rolled glass equipment, a breakthrough that has advanced standards in glass manufacturing.
Backed by the Glass New Materials Research Institute of CNBM, one of the largest manufacturers for building materials in the world, the organization benefits from a strong independent R&D structure. This foundation has enabled breakthroughs in multiple core technologies, resulting in 735 scientific achievements and 182 technical honors to date.

Advanced Capabilities in Our Glass Equipment

Float glass annealing lehr
Capable of producing glass with a minimum thickness of 0.12 mm, maximum thickness of 22 mm, and sheet width up to 5.2 m. It has been recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a national champion product for annealing lehrs.
Digital edge-forming equipment
Designed for information display glass, it can produce thicknesses ranging from 0.12 mm to 19 mm with high precision and consistency.
Ultra-thin rolled glass equipment
Suitable for solar applications, it supports original sheet widths up to 3.8 m and thicknesses as low as 1.4 mm, enabling large-scale production of photovoltaic solar glass.
Intelligent cold end and deep processing systems
Equipped with optimized cutting, intelligent tracking, and advanced control technologies, these systems allow value-optimized production across multiple sizes and diverse orders simultaneously.

Integrated Sino-Italian CTIEC (Bengbu) Glass Cold-End Machinery Company Limited. and Bengbu Triumph Chemical Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd., achieved localization of ultra-thin electronic glass equipment, advanced high-end float glass equipment to international standards, and contributed to drafting one national standard
