
The hot-end DCS is built on advanced local area network technology and integrates a wide range of hardware with proprietary software. It ensures precise furnace pressure control (stable at 0.2-0.3 Pa outside reversing, 2-3 Pa during reversing) and highly accurate glass level regulation (within 0.2 mm for 600 t/d lines and 0.25 mm for smaller furnaces). While achieving high-precision process control, the system also consolidates plant-wide data into a central pool, providing a foundation for intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation.
This system has been successfully applied to photovoltaic rolled glass, float glass, ultra-thin electronic glass, high-borosilicate glass, high-aluminum glass, and Gen 8.5 TFT glass production lines. Over the past two decades, it has supported more than 100 DCS projects worldwide, including the Shangqiu Zhonglian second-generation float glass production line, Tongcheng rolled glass production line, and international float glass projects in the U.S., Saudi Arabia, among others.
