The automatic glass cutting machine is used for the longitudinal and cross cutting of flat glass sheets in production lines. The system is built around a cutter management module and motion control module, which calculate the optimal cutting strategy in real time based on order requirements and glass defect data.

By combining the transverse breaking system, cutter heads, pressure control, and an intelligent optimization system, the cold end glass production machine achieves efficient horizontal cutting. Multiple cutter heads for longitudinal and cross cutting allow flexible production of different glass sizes. Dynamic switching between cutting bridges ensures continuous, fault-free operation.

    The optimized cutting system is designed for seamless integration with other production equipment and management platforms. It allows the system to switch smoothly during operation or in the event of a fault. Even if the cutting bridge loses power, the rest of the system continues unaffected. This ensures greater stability, reliability, and uninterrupted production consistency.

    Glass transportation involves a high level of risk, so our shuttle conveyor systems are equipped with multiple safety mechanisms, including protective barriers, motor overload protection, and emergency braking devices. At the same time, the glass conveyor performs real-time monitoring of glass positioning in both horizontal and vertical directions, ensuring continuous safety for both operators and equipment.

    Our loading and unloading robot achieves book-stacking precision, supported by advanced edge-detection algorithms and precise sensor data. These guide the robot to automatically adjust its stacking posture in real time, keeping the alignment error of adjacent glass sheets within ±1.5 mm. The robotic arm can perform static pick-and-place, single-piece flying grabs, and dual-piece flying grabs, ensuring flexible and high-precision handling of glass products.
