The automatic glass cutting machine is used for the longitudinal and cross cutting of flat glass sheets in production lines. The system is built around a cutter management module and motion control module, which calculate the optimal cutting strategy in real time based on order requirements and glass defect data.
By combining the transverse breaking system, cutter heads, pressure control, and an intelligent optimization system, the cold end glass production machine achieves efficient horizontal cutting. Multiple cutter heads for longitudinal and cross cutting allow flexible production of different glass sizes. Dynamic switching between cutting bridges ensures continuous, fault-free operation.
